Golf Fitness Program -
All sessions are one-on-one with Bob Forman, Certified Golf Fitness Training Instructor
The golf swing is as such that the requirements to produce an effective outcome is dependent upon the golfer’s ability to perform a coordinated movement of multiple body parts, in mulitple directions, all at the same time. Golfers of all ages and levels, for the most part, are not physically well prepared for this activity resulting in an inefficient golf swing, poor performance, and an increased risk of both acute and chronic injury.

To address this, an innovative golf fitness program is available to golfers of all ages and levels. It's practical application is instrumental in assessing and improving golf-specific muscular strength, flexibility, balance, speed, and power. By taking part, your body will be able to swing the golf club more efficiently and effectively, improving ball contact, distance, and playing performance and satisfaction. You'll also reduce/eliminate the triggers that lead up to both acute and chronic injury. You will play better golf!

The components of this 2-session customized, one-on-one program include:

- A golf fitness assessment (two of the physical screens pictured left) and video review of your swing to identify specific muscle deficiencies and consequential swing faults. Essential for effective exercise program design!

- Detailed exercises designed to isolate and improve the weaker anatomical deficiencies, allowing for better body control and swing mechanics. Exercise programs require little equipment and can be done in the home.
